If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange. You can return your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date.


  • Returns must be done within 30 calendar days of receipt and the items must be purchased from
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn with any related accessories and tags
  • Bodysuits amd swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled and will be sent back to the customer.
  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care! We suggest you place the item in the box and wrap or tape over to protect the garment


If you wish to return an item, please send email: and follow the returns procedure and send your products back in the original packaging.


  • Generally it will take up to 5-10 business days. Once we have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund.
  • Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
  • Depending on your bank, processed credit card via SagePay refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your credit card account.
